At first glance, it has a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals a slightly smoky background with pleasant floral notes and aromas of pineapple, apple, fennel and forest. When tasted, it appears fresh and smooth, with a well-balanced acidity that enhances its liveliness. 20% of the wine finishes its fermentation and ages for two months in new oak barrels, providing complexity and structure.
