Founded by Felo Botello, a former chef with a deep passion for gourmet and artisanal food, our mission is to share our love of exceptional cheese with you. Our trip began with a simple objective: to export the exquisite artisan cheeses of the Canary Islands beyond its borders, giving them the recognition they deserve. Today, we have expanded our horizons with a charming store in the Guanarteme neighborhood and an online platform to reach cheese enthusiasts around the world.
