Cheese Tasting

We present a tasting based on artisan cheeses in La Playa de Las Canteras, in the heart of the city of Las Palmas. We will taste 10 cheeses both from the islands and European, accompanied by a glass of cava and another of red wine.
We have more than 45 references of Canarian and foreign cheeses and extensive experience in commenting on their origins, flavors, preparation and sensations. Canarian cheeses have great worldwide recognition and fame in the culinary world. We have a well-crafted presentation that brings together the best artisan cheeses on the island, along with wines and cavas that pair perfectly.
The tasting takes place in a cozy gourmet shop, with a maximum of 8 seats, the experience being private and focused on the tasters.
