Description

Goru Barrica is an exceptional red wine from the D.O. Jumilla in Murcia, made from a rigorous selection of the best Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes. The harvest is carried out manually at its optimal moment of ripeness, selecting only the best clusters and transporting them in 15 kilo boxes. The grapes of each variety ferment and macerate in contact with the skins for 20-30 days at a controlled temperature of 28ºC, which allows the maximum expression of each variety to be extracted.

Production and Bottling

Goru Barrica is made through careful vinification, with fermentation and maceration in contact with the skins for 20-30 days at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. Subsequently, the wine ages for 12 months in new French and American oak barrels, providing greater complexity and character.
