Can Listán Negro y Vijariego is an exceptional red wine from the D.O. La Orotava Valley, located in Tenerife, Canary Islands. This wine is a masterpiece that combines the native varieties Listán Negro and Vijariego Negro, aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels.
It has a very intense dark garnet color, preserving its violet reflections. On the nose, it displays a complex and seductive aromatic range, with notes of very ripe red fruit such as plums, currants, blackberries and blueberries, interspersed with floral hints of violet. In addition, spicy and toasted aromas such as nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, gingerbread, mocha, smoked aromas and cocoa are perceived.
