8 Blumen is a hard Swiss cheese, made in the Appenzeller region by Kevin Koch. It is produced from raw cow's milk, whose diet is based exclusively on grass and hay, without additives, hormones or antibiotics. This cheese is distinguished by its aromatic and edible flower rind, and its floral and refined flavor.

Tasting Notes

Blumen cheese has a strong but refined flavor, with distinctive floral notes. The flower bark adds a unique aroma and is completely edible.
