Our EVOO is harvested during the month of October and early November, when the olives are mostly green, thus guaranteeing their highest quality. You will be able to appreciate the extraordinary flavor coming from the olive groves of the Sierra Sur de Jaén, with an oil with an intense flavor and fruity, bitter and spicy tones.
