Serralet Brut Nature is a high-quality sparkling wine made in Subirats, in the Penedés region, Spain. This wine is produced with the classic Penedés varieties: Macabeo, Parellada and a remarkable complexity. Serralet is an authentic Brut Nature, without additives or added sugars, resulting in a sparkling wine with balanced acidity and a frank and tasty flavor.
Processing and Bottling
Prepared by Pitu Rosell Mir in Subirats, Penedés. Both the winery and the vineyard are certified as organic, without the use of herbicides or pesticides.
