Gabaxo is an insinuating and elegant red wine, made by Olivier Rivière in the prestigious region of Rioja, under the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin. This wine is a careful blend of 60% Garnacha Tinta and 40% Graciano, from vineyards cultivated with respectful agriculture methods. Aging takes place for 9 months in used 500L French oak barrels, followed by an additional 3 months in used foudres, which provides exceptional complexity and depth to the wine.

Made by Olivier Rivière, known for his focus on natural viticulture and respect for the terroir. Gabaxo is a wine that reflects the passion and dedication of its creator, resulting in a floral and elegant red that should not be missed.
